The Loan Group Detail Report provides a detailed listing of loans linked to specific Loan Groups.
Access to this report is controlled by your Security Profile.
- Select Loan Group Detail from the Reports tab on the Desktop.
- Click Run Report.
- The report will be generated based on the default settings. By default, this report will display all active and charged-off loans that are associated with any loan group, provided they are delinquent or locked.
- If you wish to modify the report you can change any of the following filters:
Default Settings Description Changes to Default Settings Loan Group Select one or more loan groups from the dropdown list.
Loan Status Select loan status(es).
Worklist Select worklist(s). Some users may be restricted to their own worklist, depending on their Security Profile.
Delinquent Locked Select the delinquent/locked status.
- Click View Report.
- If you wish to print, save or export the report, select the report destination.
Report Information
The report is sorted by loan group, sub-group, branch, client number and loan number. It includes sub-group and group totals and contains the following information:
- Loan Group
- Sub-group
- Branch
- Client Number
- Client Name
- Loan Number
- Loan Type
- Worklist
- Loan Status
- Follow-up Date
- Days Back (based on follow-up date)
- Days Delinquent (based on due date)
- Current Balance
- Current Amount Due
